Shipping policy

Everything in my shop is made to order. Nothing is printed until you order it, which means no piles of unsold stock and no waste. It also means your order takes a few days to be made before it's sent out.

How long will it take?

Making your order: 1 to 4 working days

Then delivery:

  • UK: 2 to 5 working days
  • Europe: 3 to 7 working days
  • USA and Canada: 3 to 7 working days
  • Rest of the world: 5 to 15 working days

These are estimates based on how long my orders usually take, not guarantees. Busy times like Christmas, bank holidays and postal strikes can add a few days, so if you're ordering a gift, give it a bit of breathing room.

Where do you ship?

Pretty much everywhere. Where possible, your order is printed close to you, which keeps delivery quicker and kinder on the planet.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on what you order and where it's going, and you'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.

Will it all arrive together?

Not always. Prints, cards and t-shirts are often made in different places, so if you order a mix they may arrive in separate parcels. You'll get a tracking link for each one by email once it's on its way.

Customs and import charges

If you're outside the UK, your country may charge import duties or taxes when your order arrives. These aren't included in my prices and are paid by you, so it's worth checking your local rules before ordering.

Please check your address

Orders go to print very quickly, so I can't always change an address once it's placed. If you spot a mistake, message me as soon as you can and I'll do my best. If a parcel comes back to me because of an incorrect address, I'll be happy to send it again, but I may need to ask you to cover the cost of the reprint and postage.

Something wrong?

If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, or it hasn't turned up within 30 days, please message me at hello@lillytigwellcreative.com with your order number (and a photo if something's damaged). I'll sort out a replacement or a refund.
